Call for applications for alumni: Tropentag 2023 - SDG Alumni Project

The new call for application for the SDG ALUMNI PROJECT: Knowledge and Praxis for Development in the framework of Tropentag 2023 is out now.

If you are Germany Alumni with a proven background in academic fields relevant to the topics biodiversity conservation, tropical forest diversity, sustainable agriculture, food security, and related sciences in the context of rural development, sustainable resource use, natural resource management, environmental studies APPLY NOW for the SDG ALUMNI PROJECT: Knowledge and Praxis for Development in the framework of Tropentag 2023 the annual interdisciplinary conference on research in tropical and subtropical agriculture, natural resource management and rural development

PHASE 1: Training seminars – from 11 – 18 September 2023

They will take place in Cologne, Kassel and Dresden, Germany, and are organized by three German universities, each of which has its own focus for its training seminar:

  • TH Köln
  • University Kassel
  • TU Dresden

PHASE 2: Participation in the exhibition – from 19 – 22 April 2023 (departure: 23 September 2023), organized by the DAAD – German Academic Exchange Service.

  • 9. April 2023 for TH Köln
  • 16. April 2023 for U Kassel
