Research Fair 2026: The First German Research Fair Open to the Public in Tunisia

The DAAD Regional Office in Tunis is organising its first Research Fair on 20 May 2026 at 2.00 pm.

On May 20, 2026, the DAAD will organize for the very first time in Tunisia an event entirely dedicated to German research: the “Research Fair,” an exceptional gathering focused on scientific cooperation, innovation, and international academic opportunities.

Organized in a spirit of exchange and collaboration, this event will bring together major stakeholders from the German research ecosystem, offering participants the opportunity to explore the many academic and scientific opportunities available in Germany.

Time: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Venue: Golden Tulip El Mechtel Hotel – “Diamant” Conference Room

The Research Fair is intended for:

  • PhD candidates,
  • postdoctoral researchers,
  • academics and researchers,
  • university lecturers,
  • master’s students,
  • as well as anyone interested in research, science, and innovation.
