Presented program: Master’s Course in Textile Machinery and High Performance Material Technology (MATM)
Institute of Textile Machinery and High-Performance Material Technology (ITM) is one of the key performers in the Faculty of Mechanical Science and Engineering at TU Dresden and one of the leading worldwide university research facilities in Polymer, Fiber, Textile, and Assembling Technology for multi-disciplinary application areas. The research covers the entire textile-related process chain – from molecule to the final product. The infrastructure is excellent from polymer synthesis, fiber spinning to a cleanroom for medical and carbon fiber research. With approximately 80 scientists we offer at ITM an excellent support ration of 1:1. The ITM is well established and known for the outstanding reputation of its graduates in industry and research institutions.
TU Dresden is one of Germany’s 11 Universities of Excellence and a leading technical university in Europe, ranked among the top 10 German universities for engineering studies (THE, 2024).
As a modern, multi-disciplinary university with 17 faculties, we offer a broad scientific spectrum that only few universities in Germany are able to match. We are closely connected with culture, business and society, e.g. the unique DRESDEN-concept, striving to come up with the best possible solutions to the big questions of our time. TUD has several locations with the main campus located right in the center of Dresden, the capital of Saxony. Dresden is well known for its vibrant cultural life, beautiful architecture and its history. Living costs are still affordable, making it one of the most liveable cities in Germany.
Presented programs:
- German-taught Bachelor’s degree program: Applied Engineering Sciences (Angewandte Ingenieurwissenschaften), with various fields of study.
- English-taught Master’s degree programs: AI and Advanced Information Technologies, Applied Physics, Biomedical Engineering
Innovation meets hands-on learning at Hochschule RheinMain.
Based in Germany’s dynamic Rhine-Main region, HSRM combines applied research, hands-on projects, and close cooperation with industry partners.
In the presentation, you will learn about the university and study opportunities, with a particular focus on engineering programs at Bachelor’s and Master’s level. The presenter will also briefly introduce PreStudyING, the preparatory program for international students interested in pursuing an engineering degree at HSRM.
Presented programs:
- International Master Programme Smart City Solutions (M.Eng., postgraduate)
- Master Programme International Project Management (M.Eng., postgraduate, optional MBA)
At Stuttgart Technical University of Applied Sciences, we work on the future every day. Climate expertise, resilience and networking form the basis for making the world of today and tomorrow a better place with qualified solutions.
The International Master Programme Smart City Solutions (SCS) teaches professionals in the fields of architecture, urban design, urban planning, infrastructure or engineering, equipping them to take leading roles across disciplines in complex international urban-scale projects.
The International Project Management (IPM) is designed for professionals in the fields of construction, infrastructure or engineering; equipping them to manage complex international projects at building or urban infrastructure scales.
The flexible, modular structure allows students to study full-time or to combine their studies with part-time work.
